Background
A cross-border business has to connect to several banks and e-wallets at once, and each one differs in interface shape, settlement cycle and reconciliation rules. Integrating them one by one means repeating the same work, and every additional channel after launch means touching the transaction path again — operating cost grows with the number of channels.
What we did
- Brought major Indonesian banks and Southeast Asian e-wallets into a single payment gateway
- Unified ordering, payment callbacks and refunds behind one protocol, so the business side integrates once
- Aggregated transaction records from every channel into one query and reconciliation view
- Added channels through an adapter layer, so a new channel does not change the business-side interface
